The day seems dark
The sun does not shine
The clouds rush through the sky
The rain never ends

Another minute
Another hour
Another day
Again and again 

Time goes by slowly
The nights do not seem to end
The odds stack against me
The emptiness never ceases 

One day the darkness will end
One day the sun will shine again
The clouds will find their peace
And the rain will finally stop 

The time will return to normal
The nights will be too short
The odds will work in my favourite
The emptiness will finally be gone 

And life will continue
Like it was before
Filled with love and harmony
The nightmare will finally be over
